Nimuzon.com ("Nimuzon", "we", "us") operates an online marketplace where gemstone sellers advertise listings and buyers make enquiries. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

• Listing-package purchase records, including package, amount, date and payment reference.

Listing-package payments are processed by PayHere. Card details are entered directly on PayHere's secure pages and are never received or stored by Nimuzon.com. We receive only the confirmation details needed to activate your package.

• Activate listing packages and keep accurate payment records.
• Connect buyers with sellers and respond to support requests.
• Detect, prevent and investigate fraud, misuse and security incidents.
• Improve the performance and content of the website.

We send marketing messages only where permitted, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary with:

• Service providers who help us operate the website, such as hosting, email and payment providers.
• Sellers, when you choose to contact them about a listing.
• Authorities or professional advisers where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice. If you accept optional cookies, we use your approximate country or browser region to display prices in a local currency. Exchange rates are retrieved without sending your IP address to the rates provider.
