By accessing or using Nimuzon.com you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Nimuzon.com is a gemstone advertising and enquiry platform. We host listings published by approved sellers and by the Nimuzon Official Shop. Unless a listing states otherwise, Nimuzon.com is not a party to any gemstone sale between a buyer and a seller.

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

Sellers must complete verification before listings are published and must:

• Describe each gemstone honestly and accurately, including species, weight, measurements, origin, treatment and certification.
• Use only photographs and certificates of the actual gemstone offered.
• Hold full legal title to the gemstones they list and comply with all applicable laws.
• Respond to buyer enquiries promptly and in good faith.

We may review, reject, edit or remove any listing at our discretion.

Photographs and measurements are representative. Colour may appear differently between screens and the physical stone. Buyers should rely on independent laboratory certificates and, where possible, inspection before purchasing.

There is no online gemstone checkout on Nimuzon.com. Price, payment, delivery, insurance, inspection and return arrangements are agreed directly between buyer and seller. We recommend using traceable payment methods and obtaining written confirmation of all terms before paying.

• Listing-package prices, allowances and credit expiry are displayed in LKR before purchase.
• Paid packages are processed through PayHere and activate after payment is confirmed; free packages require no payment.
• A package does not guarantee listing approval, visibility or a sale.
• The terms displayed when you purchase a package apply to that purchase, even if the offer later changes.

You must not misuse the website, including by posting unlawful, misleading or infringing content, attempting unauthorised access, scraping data, sending spam or interfering with the website's operation.

The Nimuzon name, logo, design and website content are owned by or licensed to Nimuzon.com. Sellers keep ownership of the content they upload but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and promote it on the website and our marketing channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nimuzon.com is not liable for transactions between buyers and sellers, the accuracy of seller listings, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
